Hadrian runs Kuboptics — a traveling street photography brand. He had skill, taste, and a tiny audience (1.5–2k on Instagram, dead everywhere else). He was juggling a full-time job and the photography work simultaneously, generating zero direct revenue from the brand. He wanted Kuboptics to be his actual business, not his side hobby.
No content rhythm. No cross-platform presence. No monetization engine. Photography skill alone wasn't moving the needle because nobody was being shown the work consistently. The classic talented-but-invisible problem.
We mapped where the photography buyers actually live — Reddit communities, Instagram hashtag clusters, photo forums. Dominated Instagram first before fanning out to TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook and YouTube. Built a daily upload rhythm with weekly feedback loops to optimize bios, captions and thumbnails. Created omnipresence — every platform linked back to Instagram as the home base. Tracked weekly: growth, engagement, saves, with adjustments based on what was actually working.
Instagram 2k → 8.8k. TikTok 0 → 1k+. YouTube 0 → 300 subscribers. Pinterest hit tens of thousands of views and pins. First preset sales confirmed. Multiple inbound DMs for coaching and editing work. The brand transitioned from hobby to legitimate full-time creative business with global reach.
Hadrian quit the day job. Kuboptics is now the income engine, not the side project. The same content systems are still running and still compounding.
"For the first time, people actually see me."
